The Back Roads and Beaches route provides the most scenic and low-traffic roads and bike paths that lead riders through some of Ohio's best landscape.
The most notable feature is the Bridgeway Trail and the Steel Mill Trail.
Findley State Park is in Lorain County south of Wellington on State Route 58. 900+ acres are here year round for hiking, biking, picnicking, boating/kayaking, fishing and camping.
The trail is 13 miles and passes through a variety of countryside including farm, field and forest. Many intersections serve as great places to jump on or off the trail.
